The client’s aim was to increase space, improve layout, and elevate the overall quality of the home, while ensuring the extension remained sympathetic to the local Cotswold architecture.
A key focus was on creating a more functional ground floor with improved flow and storage, alongside additional bedroom and bathroom space upstairs. The client also wanted a complete interior upgrade to bring the property in line with contemporary expectations.
