These Terms & Conditions apply to building, construction, renovation, refurbishment, maintenance and associated services provided by [Company Name] (“we”, “us”, “our”) to residential and commercial clients (“the Client”, “you”).
By accepting our quotation, instructing us to commence work, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms should be read alongside any written quotation, specification, drawings, schedule of works or other documentation provided for your project.
2. Quotations

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Our quotation will clearly identify the work we have allowed for. Any work not specifically included in the quotation may be charged separately.
Where the scope of work is subject to further investigation, opening up, surveys or information from third parties, the quotation may be subject to adjustment if previously unknown conditions are discovered.

6. Materials
Materials will generally be selected in accordance with the agreed quotation and specification.
Where the Client requests alternative materials, products or finishes, any resulting difference in cost or installation time may be charged accordingly.
Where a specified product becomes unavailable, we may propose a suitable alternative of comparable quality and price for the Client’s approval.

7. Access to the Property or Site
