Every project begins with an initial consultation where we take the time to understand your requirements, ideas, and goals.
Why North Oxford Developments
We have been building in and around Oxford since 1984. From our base in Kidlington we work on homes and commercial buildings across Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds and the surrounding area.
We have built a strong reputation as reliable Oxford builders, known for our attention to detail, high standards of workmanship, and ability to deliver projects on time and to specification. From small refurbishments to large-scale developments, we provide a complete construction service tailored to each client.
Our own teams of experienced tradespeople cover every stage of a build, from groundworks and brickwork to roofing, plastering, electrics, heating and decoration, so your project stays with one team from start to finish.
Every project begins with an initial consultation where we take the time to understand your requirements, ideas, and goals.
We carry out a detailed site visit to assess the property, identify any potential challenges, and explore opportunities to maximise the space.
Where required, we can assist with the design and planning stage, working alongside architects and consultants.
Once the scope of works is clearly defined, we provide a detailed and transparent quotation outlining all aspects of the project.
Before work begins, we carefully plan and coordinate all aspects of the build, including scheduling trades and organising materials.
We maintain a clean, organised site and ensure all works are carried out to a high standard.
The finishing stage is where attention to detail is critical, and we take pride in delivering a high-quality result across all elements of the build.
We walk through the project with you, ensuring you are fully satisfied with the result before handover.
We remain available to provide ongoing support and assistance where required, ensuring complete peace of mind after the project is finished.
As a professional construction company in Oxfordshire, we understand that successful projects rely on clear communication, strong project management, and consistent delivery on site.
We work closely with our clients from the initial consultation through to completion, ensuring every stage of the build is carefully planned and executed. Our team is known for being reliable, organised, and proactive, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Whether we are delivering a new build, a house extension, or a full refurbishment, our approach remains the same: high-quality work, attention to detail, and delivering on time.

“North Oxford Developments completely transformed our home. What started as a tired, outdated property is now a beautiful, modern space that works perfectly for us as a family. The new extension and open-plan kitchen have made such a difference — it’s now the heart of our home. The quality of the finish throughout is excellent, and every detail was clearly thought through. The team were reliable, professional, and always kept us informed. They stuck to the timelines they set out and made the whole process far less stressful than we expected. We’re absolutely delighted with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”
“North Oxford Developments delivered an excellent result on this project. Building two new flats from the ground up alongside an existing property is no small task, but they managed it with confidence and professionalism throughout.
The finish on both units is to a very high standard, and their attention to detail really shows. They were well organised, communicated clearly, and kept the project running smoothly from start to finish.
We were particularly impressed with how they handled the logistics and coordination across the site. The end result speaks for itself, and we’d be more than happy to work with them again.”
